Corte Canella vineyards  are equally divided between Soave (for the production of white grapes) and Valpolicella (for the red grapes). Plants of a certain age (50-60 years) of both  types of vines are grown on the Veronese Pergola system, whereas the other vineyards, replanted since 2000, are cultivated with the Guyot system.
Our red wines come from Cellore village, where the soil is alluvial and stony.
The harvesting is done by hand in order to accurately choose the best grapes and carefully evaluate which field will allow us to obtain a very specific product in consideration of its location, microclimate and other viticultural factors.
But a wine with well-defined characteristics, which matches our expectations, can only be achieved by carefully looking after the vineyards throughout the whole year.
